Not Just a Garnish


Cooking is one of my favorite things to do. It is relaxing and rewarding. Many people ask me my secret to cooking. I have two. First, trial and error makes perfect. Second, use fresh foods and herbs. When I first started cooking I was intimidated to use fresh herbs. When Drew and I got married we received a spice rack with a variety of dried herbs as a wedding gift. I started using some of the dried herbs and worked my way up to the fresh herbs. Now I use them all the time. Under each picture I have attached a recipe of how I use the herb.  Enjoy.
